Cancellations

Release of Liability Form:

RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
Participants will be required to sign release of liability and medical history forms upon arrival. Download a copy of the release of liability form HERE, complete and bring with you to speed up check in.

Important:

Participants will be required to sign release of liability and medical history forms before arrival. If anyone is seen or suspected of using illegal substance or drinking any type of alcoholic beverage before the trip, that person will not be allowed to go on the trip. There will be no refunds or credits given under these circumstances.

Policy Information:

WHEN GUEST NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
A full refund will be made with at least 30 days notice of cancellation. Refunds may be made with less than 30 days notice of cancellation on a case by case review.  No refunds are given for inclement weather.  No refunds are given with less than 48 hours before trip check-in time.


WHEN WILD WATERS OUTDOOR CENTER NEEDS TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
When Wild Waters Outdoor Center cancels trips because of low or dangerously high water levels or severe weather, you will have a choice to eithe receive a full refund, reschedule your trip or rebook on a different river/section of the river.


TRANSFERS
There will be no additional charge for switching to another program with at least 7 days notice.  No transfers will carry over into the next calendar year.


TRIP DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Your trip deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation.
Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to the trip date.
